The car itself cost $300,000 originally, but of course the mommy-to-be wants it fully loaded. Bringing the cost to a total of $400,000, which she will be paying by herself. Although it is tradition for the mother to ask the father to purchase her a push present, as a thank you for giving birth to their child.
